The Kova Militia Fiber Monies Engine
This is how the Kova Militia pays on fiber. Five ranks. One ladder. One rule: killers get paid. This page shows you, in plain numbers, what you make on your installs and what you cut from the recruits who can’t catch you.

Recruiting Monies — What You Cut Off The Line.
We spread your recruits evenly across the months you’re selling. Each recruit works two weeks a month, six days a week, five installs a day. Every two months, half the remaining roster disappears. Recruits who don’t wash out climb one rank every month. Your override is simply the gap between your band that month and theirs.

Personal Monies — Your Cut From Your Own Kills.
Your commission is banded off what you do this month. Month one you’re modeled at 50 installs, month two at 100, month three at 150, and so on. Hit a higher band and every install you close in that month pays at that rate.
