Militia does not recruit. Our results speak for themselves. We will answer questions. We will shoot you straight. We will not chase you, influence you, or offer you a special deal to join.

You keep what you earn. Every dollar. Pay bumps and pool adjustments are engineered so no one ever makes less money because a bubba produces well. More sales always means more money for everyone in the chain.

Leadership is a privilege. Your people chose to follow you. That choice is earned, and it is not permanent.

If you don't hold the standard, you get paid every dollar you earned. Then you are removed. No drama. No politics. The standard is the standard.
